Japan is not alone in this moment of devastation, as the world scrambles to help a nation through this time of loss and destruction.
Here, sporting teams from around the globe observe a moment of silence in memory of those that lost their lives in the March 11 earthquake and tsunami that brought a nation to it’s knees.
